To that end, I created a tutorial for a Restorative yoga pose that helped me go from limping to walking again after a gnarly wipe out where I fell on my knees – it’s that potent at putting you back together again!
So if you’re feeling discombobulated, out of sorts, injured, or wonky, this one’s for you!
I’ll show you how to set up the pose using a bolster, two blocks and some blankets.
